Enter your kids

One form for the whole family. Add a row for each kid, for either contest. The file is optional right now — attach it if it is ready, or leave it and upload later.

We use this to find your kids in the app, or to sign them up.

By entering you allow SACK to show the entry during voting, at awards and prize pickups, and in the Celebrating Kindness book.
